Erdem leads Başgül’s project finance and arbitration practices. He is listed among one of Turkey’s project finance experts by the IFLR in 2022. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb). Erdem’s focus has been on energy and infrastructure sectors, and he has led landmark project finance deals and complex arbitration matters. He also represents football clubs and athletes before TFF, FIFA DRC and CAS.
